Charming villa - sleeps 8 - air-conditioned living room with glass roof and panoramic sea views of over 180°.

The villa is located on the private estate of La Californie hill, in an enclosed area with two dwellings in a very quiet location with no overlooking.
Magnificent 180° view overlooking the sea on this huge terrace perched high above nature.... escape guaranteed!
The villa was completely renovated in 2023 (new joinery, complete exterior and interior painting, new flooring, installation of a swimming pool and creation of a suspended terrace).
The indoor and outdoor tables seat 8 guests, but we can sleep 10 and we can rent the villa for 10 people if there are small children.
4-star furnished tourist accommodation
Please note that the swimming pool doubles up as a swimming pool in summer and a jacuzzi in winter; but we don't have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi.
The 4.7 x 2.30 swimming pool is included in the price from 1 May to 30 September.
For other periods, it can be used at extra cost.
The villa is ideally located for the village of Carqueiranne, the Presqu'île de Giens, the town of Hyères, the beaches of Almanarre and Badine, and the port for the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros.

We loved the large living area with its well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are very cosy. We particularly liked the outside area, which offers several lounges and dining tables to suit all tastes, as well as a table tennis table, a petanque area and a large swimming pool. Plenty to keep you busy on holiday with friends or family!
Impeccable responsiveness from the owners and Laura. Many coves along the path and close to the large Almanarre beach.
In short, a place that's hard to leave!

Located in Carqueiranne, 3 km from the Almanarre beach.
Also close to the beaches of Carqueiranne plage du Péno, du pradon... and the beaches and small coves of the Giens peninsula 10 minutes away by car.
Less than ten minutes from Bergerie and Badine beaches by car or bike. These beaches stretch along the eastern tombolo, and the shallow waters make for easy and safe swimming opposite the Iles d'Or. The shallow waters are ideal for swimming over a distance of 200 to 300 metres.
Village shops and bakery within 5 minutes' drive.
10 minutes from Toulon/Hyères airport and Hyères TGV station, 20 minutes from Toulon.
