Ideally located on the coastal paradise of the Giens peninsula, 100 metres from sea access and close to the village of Giens and the beaches of La Badine and L'Almanarre, this 250 m² air-conditioned villa, set in 1,500 m² of enclosed grounds, boasts stunning sea views, an outdoor swimming pool heated in season and air conditioning in all living areas.
This property offers all the privacy and peace and quiet you could wish for.

It all began...
Mum and I went to pick pampas from a huge plot of land just 100 metres from the Villa Bord de Mer.
As I was admiring the land, Mum said to me: "This is a magical, unique site, what do you think? And that's how our adventure began.
Needless to say, it wasn't easy, but the joy of seeing mum's eyes and the pampas that are always in the villa by the sea....we put all our energy into making this project a success.
With the help of a talented architect from the Giens peninsula, we built this villa, infusing it with all the soul of the peninsula.
Nestling in the heart of lush vegetation, Villa Bord De Mer offers distinct living spaces surrounded by palm and banana trees.
Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the noble materials used in the interior design to the colours chosen to reflect the natural beauty of the surroundings: the blue of the sea and sky, and the green of the vegetation and trees.
